RPB Hosts Virtual Glaucoma Event

In January, Research to Prevent Blindness held a virtual event, "RPB Lunch & Learn: Eye on Glaucoma," designed to educate RPB's patient community on glaucoma management and cutting-edge research. The event featured current and former RPB grantees:

  • Moderator Cynthia L. Grosskreutz, MD, PhD, Global Head of Ophthalmology, Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research
  • Presenter Paula Anne Newman-Casey, MD, MS, Assistant Professor, Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, University of Michigan School of Medicine / Kellogg Eye Center
  • Presenter Milica Margeta, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary

We are pleased to present a recording of the presenter slides and audio from this event:

RPB will hold three additional Lunch & Learn events in the coming months. An event on AMD will be held on February 25, an event on Diabetic Retinopathy will be held on March 22, and an event on Low Vision will be scheduled for April. To learn more about these events or RSVP to attend a virtual event, contact events@rpbusa.org.
