To request a TRIBUTE or MEMORIAL gift, please fill out the appropriate fields on our online donation form.
An attractive special occasion card citing the milestone being recognized (anniversary, birthday or other special event or achievement) is sent to the person(s) specified by the contributor while a memorial card is sent to the family of the deceased. Donors receive a special Thank You along with a receipt.
