Test for Macular Degeneration

For accurate testing you must print the Amsler Grid, which appears on one side of RPB's Visual Acuity Card.

Do not use screen images to perform the test as they are not to scale.

Amsler Grid
Use this side of the RPB Visual Acuity Card to test for signs of age-related macular degeneration. If, after following the instructions on the card, the lines of the grid do not appear straight and parallel or there are missing areas, consult your eye doctor for further testing.
